my name's stefan and I'm from germany...and I got 2 urgent questions...

I need to know the name of 2 songs...

the first goes like this, as far as I got it in my mind (been a long time )

its more a 'good-mood-song'...

the other is more deep, melancholic and goes like this:

all I'm getting is a link to rapid share and not the song...if can listen might be able to help.
