i can't believe Donna King and JADES sold for so much money' i sold Donna King for £700 pounds about 18 months ago in mint- condition and what hurts me even more is sold the JADES promo on here last summer for only £300 pound in excellent condition to Paul Donnelly . some body must have loads of money to burn. both records are not worth that kind of money imo.

Always think it's like shopping at Harrods rather than Tescos....personally can only afford to shop at Tesco where (in time if you want to wait) you can get the same products a lot cheaper!

Not sure if it was a crap analogy or not but Manships = Harrods and Soul Source/ ebay / facebook (a bit these days) = Tescos!!

Bloody hell wish I hadn't started this shopping analogy now! I'll park me trolley and get me quid and bugger off!

Mind you be nice to be able to afford to shop at raresoulmanharrods all the time!

Its a buyers market. You sold your records for what someone was willing to pay, and you must have been happy with the deal or you wouldn't have done it.

There are people out there with the funds to part with whatever it takes to get the record that they want.

I myself have on occasion paid over the odds for tunes I really, really wanted and I'm not the only one.
