I won a record on ebay...had confermation come through to say you have one etc... 5 mins later i get a email from the seller...as follows

i'm sorry to inform you that I'm cancelling the transaction. There was an error on the listing. I will be looking for your response.

Is the seller aloud to do this...if there was a error in the listing why did'nt he sort it out before hand...i mean i sat indoors last watching the countdown on the record...

What are my rights on this...if anybody can help i would be very grateful indeed...

you probably have me to thank for that as I reported him in every possible way. i just haven't left a negative. maybe i'll do a neutral. how stupid is this dude that he won't sell a $20 record for $15 (even if it were allowed on ebay), like that $5 is worth alienating a customer.
