I was playing the above 45's by Bobby Jones & Ruby Andrews respectively, tonight, which both have the same backing track.
Bobby Jones credits Maurice simpkins as writer & produced by Kirk - Stubbs - Wilborn - Jones.
Ruby Andrews credits Bridges, Knight & Eaton as writers and producers, with Terry also.
Wondering how it works? In the sense that no writers match. Were backing tracks just hawked around/stolen with the credits relating to the lyrics only?
Which came first? To me the Ruby Andrews production sounds far clearer.
