it is a reissue / repro label. the wax museum is a record store in North Carolina. This is their record label. You frequently see their press of the commands "no time for you". This is their website: https://www.waxmuseum.net/ They mainly focus on Beach Music.

I wonder if they actually paid MCA for the rights for pressing up and selling "Because of You" by Jackie Wilson?
