I guess its been talked about before but i wish there was some way to search for 45s without coming up with whole lists of these f"cking boots/ lookalike pieces of shite.....

Is there a way to avoid these by what you type into google, how many hours do we waste trawling through the shite.. I guess not!

Not often i go onto ebay now because of the ammount of crap... At one time you could just bypass the crap but now its become an epidemic...

rant over....

I think the same every time I go on there Steve. Its worse when there's a free listing weekend, everyone tries to offload all the crap records they've got lying around and ebay is flooded with pap!

I've learned to scan quickly past the boot images, unless they're exact repros which is a nuisance... i also unfortunately have been sold a couple boot exact repros as originals on gemm, in one instance when i questioned the seller, he assured me it wasn't a repro, but a 2nd original press... :(

I think the best thing to do is avoid eBay altogether .........
