This very one doesn't. But now that you mention it, I do recall a Belgium picture sleeve for this record. Now as promos, I don't believe that any of the 6T's Belgian pressings ever came with picture sleeves. All the promo lots (radios and others) we saw came just with white paper sleeves. Voilà.
