Anyone have/know of a 45' by The Javalons called "Took A Chance" early 60's release on DIP, label out of New York.

Well just looking at label listings, couldn't find anything else on the label, so just wondered about it........

I have a VG++ copy. It is a cover of the Barrett Strong song. Cool version. Sounds a lot earlier than 1969. Although I got it with a bunch of promos that were all from 1969-1970. Cinema International Corp. 6902 a tiny label out of San Diego, Ca. Flip is a nice ballad called No One Will Ever Know.
