February 14, 200619 yr Hi Steve, what an individual pays for a record is relative to his/her income, i have paid more money than i have had to secure items that i crave, at times it has been totally irrational especially when i have bills flying in left right and centre. Like any passion the ups are supreme, but also the lows can be crushing.......

Like any passion the ups are supreme, but also the lows can be crushing....... ahhh The lows...I take it thats where they cut the phone off...refuse the standing order for the mortgage & bounce the cheque for the car insurance...So many...disapointments.... Then the postie drops some vinyl through the door & all is well with the world once again. Pass me my jacket....the one with the very long sleeves.

For me, more like living in a council house on one of the roughest estates in western Europe circa 85, hiding in the back garden as the fellows from the gas board came knocking with a court order to cut me off.........
