sorry if this has been done already...

we have had issues with Pontins Prestatyn, we paid our deposit on time and now they are saying we are late with the remainder of the payment!!!!

even though we had an email from them saying when it was due...

they said the promoters have changed the payment dates...

any one know any thing about this...

I thought once you had paid that was an agrement/contract..

butthey have changed it without ltting us know and now we may loose our deposit!!!!!!

any way if anyone has any info that would be good...

better add we paid deposit in June

they wanted full payment by 11th of Jan 2013..

now they are sayingg we are late it was 30th November...

and because we never knew.. and we are late we may have lost the room..

hi mate...just rang them and they said there has been some mix up but about deposits and payement balance but told me i didnt have to pay my second half till 11 jan...phew!

i just read about the 30th of november deadline on the banner add on s/source, but i hav'nt had a prompt for the balance of the booking of pontins

cheers mate will see you there!....BUT... spoke to them two days ago and was told 'the computer says' it was fine to wait till january...then ive just had a letter through asking for the balance immediattely!!

so ive just rang then again spoke to a different woman and it seems the normal booking for pontins would be due in january which is why i was told by the woman,or the computer, two days ago it was fine BUT the organisers want the money in early...so it does have to be paid up NOW

so ive just paid the outstanding ammount and would advise everyone to ...surely rather than leaving it to letters in the post the organisers should be starting threads on forums ...not the punters???
