Has anyone got a copy of this? Any good?

It came out on a CD as well as a printed version.

I have not seen a copy but I have seen info from it and know someone who knows the author and I guess there is an insane amount of information. the author went through company files and contracts of okeh and other labels to get his information about group membership, etc.
