3 weeks ago a buyer from Spain won 5 Records off my ebay sales and still hasn't paid, I've sent him a few emails asking for payment but had no response. This is the first time I've had this problem and I don't know what I do now , any advise please.

Cheers

You've got no choice - start the non-paying buyer precedure

* funnily enough someone's just reported me as a non-paying buyer, thing is, he listed the postage at $6 then when I went to pay, he'd invoiced the postage at $26. I argued that I wouldn't have bid if I'd known he was going to change the postage, he's not bothered.

You should go to:-

1. "Customer Support" on the top of the page.

2. And then go to "Open Unpaid Item Case" under "Self-service tools".

3. Just follow ebay's advice to open the unpaid item case.

Ebay sends an email of "Unnpaid Item Case" to the buyer. If the buyer doesn't pay within the days set by ebay, you can close the case as unpaid, so that ebay later refund you their charges on the final price and listing fees of your items.

Name and shame.

Pete, can you not 'counter-clam' against the seller on the grounds that the P&P he invoiced you for isn't the P&P listed?
