Ebay Item Not Rec'd Case ?

Just had a notification from Paypal that a 'Item Not Rec'd Case' has been opened against me !! Thing is according to the order

Item Paid for 14/2/2013

Item Sent 14/2/2013

Royal Mail Airmail Estimated Arrival Fri.22nd - Thurs. 28th Feb

Fook me , that was only yesterday !!! , Now paypal have taken the money out of my account until resolved , what do I do now , please ?

Never had this before and also still not been paid for some other items from another seller and missed the Paypal deadline , not had a good month on Evilbay ! :(

No , in my wisdom I presumed Royal Mail Airmail was traceable , now I'm not quite sure what I do ? So I suppose they (Paypal) keep the money until he says it's arrived

and if it doesn't :wicked: , he will be refunded .

If you have to refund him just claim the cash off royal mail as they lost the record - so long as its not worth more than £46.
