I hope someone can help me out by posting what the Matrix/runout numbers are for the A/B sides of this LP is? 

Also can you also tell the difference between the re-issue and original due to the sleeves as the one I've found seems too new to be real?

Original 1978 - reissue is almost identical , but if it feels new - generally a reissue I ' m afaid.

Generally industry started using bar codes in the early 70s. Recording industry I'd say late 70s/early 80s as a guess????
