Not sure this is in the right section, so if it isn't then sorry, and moderators please help me put it where it needs to be.

Can't actually believe I'm having to type this, but I've just received some immensely dissapointing news that I must share with immediate effect.

The venue hasn't been given the relevant TEN licence for this event.

That's the news! It seems that for all the will in the world there's nothing we can do about it.

We'll have to shut up at 4am rather than 6am, so this event is no longer an allnighter.... gutted...

I have made the alterations to it on here, and "downgraded" the event status to a soul night, which is what it now will be unfortunately, albeit a late one.

Sincere apologies for the short notice, sorry to anyone who has made plans to attend this event. We have knocked the entry fee down to a fiver to reflect the loss of those crucial couple of dancing hours...  :(

We'll be doing our very best to make it as good as we can.

Best regards,

Jim.

Thanks Mike!  :)

Aye, sorry to confirm that it was indeed on Saturday just gone at the White Swan... hopefully we'll be doing another one at some point though, but with the proper allnighter license in place next time.

Cheers,

Jim.
