Has this been released in studio quality on a legit CD?

Methinks it's "I'm willing to pay the price".  I don't think it has been released on legit CD, there was talk that it would be on the current Hip O Select 50TH anny package where disc 3 is I think all previously unreleased.

Oh well. I'll wait for the Centenary package then
