I juust found this supposedly rare 43 year old publication of the Blues & Soul magazine knocking about in one of the many boxes of shrapnel I've accumulated over the years... I'm a bug motown fan so when I saw it in a book shop a couple of years ago, I had to get it. On top of that, I did think it would worth something...

It's a 1970s publication, 36 colour pages dedicated to Motown! Biographies, discography from the likes of Stevie, Diana, Jimmy Ruffin, Kiki Dee, Four Tops, Rare Earth, Tammi Terrell and more... It originally costed 5 shillings and I hear this is quite a hard find!!

Any ideas on how much it could be worth?

I have an almost mint copy of this. Was buying B&S every month back then and, like most other B&S buyers at the time, got a copy.

So back then there were many copies about. These days I guess they are a lot more scarce.

VALUE ....... I have no idea at all but guess the likes of Pete S will have an idea.

Has Manship sold a copy in the recent past by any chance ?

Manship got around £150 for it last year.

I have a copy as well ( and a certain member on here, Mr Wigley, got one from me years ago!)
