anybody seen this on this label before and know the value never seen it listed before any help would be appreciated and value.

Steady copy easier than Tranquility imo.  Bought it (Steady) a couple of times cheaply on ebay and I posted it on youtube some years ago, always meant to post the flip which is good too......if you don't know it already.
