Morning peeps

Last week i won a quantity of records all on the same label all at starting bid. Asked seller for a total including postage, as there were no details on the listing for postage rates.

It's one week later and no reply from him do you think he's

A) On holiday

or

cool.gif Sulking because i won them all at minimum bid?

Any suggestions how i get him to complete the transaction?

Hi Derek,

Have you formally hit the "request total from seller" icon - at least that will be official for Ebay purposes so you'll have an audit trail etc. Has he got other listings up currently?

Yes Rich

Yes have done that. Never had this situation before and wondered if anyone else has?

Derek

Have you sent him a message asking if he received your request for the total ?

Some people have very agressive spam-filters, ebay messages can get lost.

If he's got other items up let me know an item number and i'll "Ask seller a question" and then we'll know whether he's just ignoring you or gone awol...

Have had it a number of times -always when I've won something on the cheap.

If there's any indication as to postage costs (take the registered option price) - and the amount is low - I just pay via paypal - that way you're forcing their hand somewhat.
