Does anyone know if Curtis did a version of Girls Are Out to Get You or did he just write it.

I've mentioned this before on this site, but I have a fuzzy memory from the Torch of another version of this tune, but as I was stoned and nobody else seems to have heard of it I must have imagined it........

....He 'just' wrote it, no Impressions version and according to a very extensive database that I'm privileged to access, no other versions either....

...although the Presidents' "Sweet Magic" on Sussex has certain introductory similarities, of course!

Nice tune, actually on Mayfield records.

A strong Motown influence to say the least.

Thanks and that is a shame Curtis didn't record song it's one of the best made i think
