play drums on his own recording "I must love you"?

 

Interesting question. Don't know the answer.

 

If the vocals were put down after the backing, you could see that he might have done this. However, if it was done as a "live" take with the vocals in real time as the band played I would have thought it unlikely.

 

Hopefully someone on here will know the real answer.
