I think it's Julia by Ramsey Lewis.

Definitely Julia luverly record also on cadet 7"

WOW! great track "Julia" .Even better the adorable "Do What You Wanna"  7 available on Discogs from £2.46 singles US ,UK .Lp"Mother natures Son" also a cheapy .Buyer beware if you want the adorable "Wanna"its not on the Lp and "Julia " is a US double sided promo. Hope this is of use to fellow chums.
