I'd say £450.00 issue and £500.00 for the pink demo but who know's in this crazy world

£450 demo, £550 issue, for near mint.

£300 demo, £400 issue, for VG+.

issue loads rarer than demo, maybe 50-100 difference in selling price, average condition 350 demo, 400-450 issue
