I have a copy of "Donoman - I´m the only one" on "Romark" the label of this record is black.

There is a green label and different layout, the black one a later press?

anyone can help me out?

I would guess green first but there's no way of knowing for definite.

I'm pretty sure that the green was the original.  I don't remember seeing a black one until several years later.

I think its a pressing anomaly as I've only seen a black version of the Phillips Sisters - Where Did You Stay Last Night, which is the next release and I've only seen the old green version of Billy Williams - Too Much, which is the release after that and kept the same green design for the next two releases.
