It's Group 5 Records Inc.

The other side is "Let Me Love Yuh" whci used to be the side played more until Keb & co started playing I'm In Debt To You.

The 7" are white demos and orange issues; seen for sale between £200 & £300.

However you can get it on a legit reissue compilation CD and on vinyl L.P. too

Label Group 5 value £400 to £500 the other side is Let me love yuh 2 great sides.....Cressy

a friend of mine found one on a car boot for £1.50 a couple of years ago.
