Help! Salvadors: old subject new question

I have  'stick by me baby' on a blue label with the publishers as cofam & michelle. On the three pictures on discog of boots the publishers are down as millbrand. Any thoughts?

The three Images on Discogs are the same record the recent blue label reissue boot what ever which came out at the same time as the recent Northern Soul film

MIlbrand may now own the Publishing rights

Publishing credits on the earlier boots are as per  the original release
