Not sure if this topic has been raised before . I've been meaning to ask this for years. Who is the person that posts  some amazing track's  on YouTube that goes under the name of SOULBISCUITS.

Sorry Steve i can't remember the guys name at the moment (might come to me later), but he used to stay just down the road from me here in Edinburgh. I bought a few records of him a while back inc. the terry callier ordinary joe that he had put up on youtube.
