Solar Radio announce the sad death of legendary Jazz Funk  Crackers DJ George Power. I recall some magic times at those lunch times sessions . RIP. 

 

A legend, i believe he was the first UK dj to mix. 

Really sad to hear this. Friday lunchtime before a shift at the Mayfair hotel this was where we cut our teeth to clubbing,  around1976 /7 record collecting buying Imports some real classic tunes were played out all overseen by a legendary club DJ. R I P George Power.
