I was playing an old tape and a record came on that I am sure I will remember, but at the moment I am having a senior moment!

It's male mid tempo, sounding like the Impressions. The title's repeated many times by the lead and backing singers and sounds like

"Make Me Say Ooh, right now"

It's an old George Sharp tape.

Maybe late 80's/early 90's.
