Original sleeve for the first issue of Betty Everett - Getting mighty crowded on UK President.

(I don't have a scanner at hand, this is just a pic I nicked off the net)

I wonder is this sleeve common? Any ideas?

 

 

Never seen that Benji but didn"t "Getting Mighty Crowded" first come out in the UK on Fontana ?

This looks like a later re-issue with 2 hits on to me

Thanks for the replies. By first issue I meant the first issue of the president release. There's also a second press from the early 70s.
