The Supremes 1964 release on Motown "Your Heart Belongs To Me"

can anyone clarify whether it is Florence Ballard on lead(I think it is!) or ,as i have read from an American Music Journo that it is Diana Ross.

Think it's Flo too Brett. Not Diana Ross. Flo did take the lead on the early stuff, I've this as a May '62 release (recorded Dec '61) and included on the LP Meet The Supremes Dec '62.

I'm certain on the label it states 1964 (will check when i've a bit of time)

Its Deffo Diana on lead IMO Brett... which like nearly all Supremes is a pity IMHO. Chalky's right bout release date! flip ov "He's Seventeen" M-1027 (its got a delta No. ov 43344 so that fits). Only disc I kno with Flo on lead is their ace version ov "Buttered Popcorn". Talkin bout Flo! cant stop playin her ABC outing "Love Aint Love" at the mo....

Flip this over if you have the abc 45 and listen to Forever faithful , as good if not better than Love aint love.

Mystery continues......have checked label....can't see 1964 anywhere,God only knows where that thought came from. :thumbsup:
