Oh well, it's Saturday night, i'm stopping in & i'm bored silly so i thought i'd kick this off for a bit of fun.

We've all got e'm, we all see e'm for sale & we all overlook e'm.

The tunes you see for sale week in week out in every sales box you look through.

Don't matter what era they're from as long as they're CHEAP AS CHIPS.

Off ya go

See this on lots of sales lists... played it out a few times a couple of years back and it always got a few dancers

(For some reason the soundclip in the library sounds like it was recorded in a bucket.. you can also hear it here https://www.soulclub.org/stream/Jackie_Verd...dy_For_This.ram )

One of the first wave of Crossover records, I think this was reviewed by Rod Dearlove in "Voices from the Shadows". Definately, been played out but can't remember where. Probably Canal Tavern, Thorne or early Southport Weekenders. Played both sides myself over the years.

Awesome record. Never really took off but like many of these quality but not so rare records has the potential.

A great way to spend a tenner.

All the best Alan

thanks for that, there must be 100,s if not 1000,s of disc,s of this caliber that are semi known, just waiting for there day in the sun again. any more worth tracking down, anyone ?
