With a SOLID CENTRE. My question is:- 
is this a US release that just happens to have been made with a small hole or maybe just not machine cut or is it a non-USA release - maybe UK one (nothing on the label to indicate this). The label is identical to the large hole version.

I would say this is a U.S. press with a small center. The single charted (#34)on June12, 1981  and most U.S. radio stations did not play import singles -
