I am curious to know if anyone has ever seen this floating around or if anyone can shed some light on the story behind it.

Only info I could pull up was from Sam over at Paperstax who states it could have possibly emerged out of Detroit many years back. He somehow seemed to overlook it in storage and just recently auctioned it off.

The type written white 45 label over the original Audiodisc label has me curious to know if this is a home carved boot or an authentic artist sample?

Also very interesting that it is titled "New breed - its all a bad dream" as opposed to the officially released title on "Melony" The Breed - Is this goodbye.

Have a wonderful weekend...

Is it a 10"? I'd be surprised if people did a 10" carver.

Worth noting that the song "Is It All A Bad Dream" was also recorded by the Flint Emeralds and released on Coconut Groove. Not sure which one came out first, I'd guess the Flint Emeralds but there's a Michigan connection at least.

I had this on Melony, bought blind in a job lot years ago. I knew nothing about it and for years it sat in the back of a box. I could never find any info on it back then. Sold  it back to the states a couple of years back.
