July 8, 20213 yr Author thanks for the tip. It's not even listed there. Which confirms that it is indeed pretty rare. But doesn't really help me with getting a fair value for it. Last documented sale on Popsike for a Brownstone 45 was in 2018, 211 GBP. No Brownstone sale after 2018 on Popsike or Discogs.
