Any info please, is it obscure, what year etc. Where was Everite records based or is it just a dj trying it on. 

There's not much info on Ed or Everite Records on the net. Discogs has the single as being released in 1969 which is probably true since the release # is 6910. 

          The following info is from Billboard's Independent Record Production Companies listing from September 12, 1970 which also lines up with the DIscogs date-

Real name is Everett Laignell Belcher for writer, so artist, writer and label all connected
