My guess is that anything from 40 to 75 is ok, i've seen it for 150 once... don't know if that sold tho.

Now this is interesting, as my copy of Gino Morese was light blue, too, but did have the smoke logo with the cloud around it... just like George Blackwell, just printed black on light blue paper... hmmmm
