basically Mike. it's to help (elder people or those who have a disability), to sort out any problems with their IT stuff. UK wide, for free. Usually, it's a matter of turning things off and on, and drinking copious amount of tea!

I suppose it's a matter of supply and demand, some areas don't seem to have many 'tickets' generated, but i don't know to what extent people are aware of it; i only stumbled across it by accident.
