however I'm inclined to believe if John were to come by one of these for sale he would'nt set sale it @ £400 think more likely

he would auction it, a shame he did'nt come back to this post to pass comment still he is a busy fella.

And can only guess as no one else has chimed in that this is still a case of just a hand full of copies in collections & largely unknown to the masses.
