Any recommendations for events on here which have campsite /overnight campervan parking adjacent or very near ? 

West Wilts soul club (Trowbridge, Wiltshire) has a large secure carpark which is camper van friendly -in the warmer months we have quite a few overnighters in camper vans.

 

Upton Blues Festival, Worcestershire, Upton On Severn,free UK Blues Festival pay for camping only , plenty of local campsites .

All venues free ,and there's are an awful lot , plus stalls , market etc , July 21st to 23rd worth a visit if only for  the day , real festival feel .

In the South West -

Glastonbury Soul Club is directly opposite the Avalon campsite

"The Spirit Lives On" Bridgwater is 'camper van friendly', but let them know you're coming. There's also a campsite next door if you prefer.

Dowty Soul Night, Gloucester, but best check it's still OK with the organisers 

Now I remember: Walls club Gloucester alldayers allow overnight camping too. 

I think also Lawns Club Taunton allows it (but it'd be best to contact the organisers Drew & Trevor 1st as the car park there for the club is very small.

 

Great to hear campervan opportunities for the SW . Any up North ? 

Seaside Soul at The Floral Hall,Hornsea, you can park up in the car park, need to let 'em have your registration number to avoid being caught by CCTV/ANPR etc.
