Hi. I do have a spare on ES Cozy label ( also have on Winner diff version)  which I think is the same as the twinight version with same flip. The one on discogs says Elvin Spencer himself reissued this in limited numbers. Don’t know what it’s worth but shouldn’t be as much as twinight ones. Also in uk so shipping to Germany may be costly. Best Paul
