Whilst I admire their musicianship I  think they are missing a trick in not moving forward creating something new and fresh. If want to listen to retro, I will go to the source and not an echo of the past.

I am a musician/songwriter and have been in a band/group environment for many years,I can honestly says it’s easy to think your doing something new when in fact you’re not really! It’s so easy and cheap to record and release these days that most bands won’t consider quality control to any extent, they will just do what is fun for them! Personally I’m not into cover or tribute bands of any kind, and if your gonna do your own stuff, try at least to be as different as possible!
