It's a guess but thought it might be The Chi Lites?

Agree, probably 1974.

They are singing covers so probably a newly formed group.

Heaven And Earth? First line up. They formed in 1974 and had first single released in 1975.

Not a bad guess.. after comparing faces I don't think its Heaven And Earth. Thanks again for responding

Re Heaven And Earth. Comparing Discogs pic and back cover of their first album their heights seem about right, and change facial hair a bit and I could start to convince myself.
