(Has a few light marks and has one long light scratch that causes a few light clicks at the end which is definitely repairable and has a slight couple of second cue hiss at the beginning which is not overbearing in any way. Overall, a nice copy to own and treasure)

 

One of the rarest of the rare in anyone’s book. One of the most sought after 45s on the Northern Soul Planet.

 

The Admirations comprising of Bruce Childs, Kenneth Childs, Ralph Childs, Sherman Myles, and Walter Smith released a small number of 45s on On-der-ful and one on Paree, which is still a hard 45 to locate in its own right.

Indeed they are not one and the same group but two totally different acts.

Walter and the Admirations went on to become the High Society on USA records, the Green Berets on Uni, the Persuaders on Atco and Velvet Hammer on Soozi.

The Admirations is a youngster's group (Walter & are adults) disbanded after their record venture with Eddie Silvers and the shut down of One-Derful operations.
