Why not take up the task yourself ? as the guys in Sheffield have done.

Dave was a well known figure in Sheffield  as well as a Soul fanatic also a film buff too and was director of the independent Anvil cinema in Sheffield for a time.

So the plaque in Sheffield is worthy in my opinion.

At least it's still standing unlike most of Sheffield where the plaque is sited.
