Quite an early record, from about 1961, and only ever seen demo/promo copies. Has always been quite a tough record to track down.

I think Des Parker was the first person I heard play it out, and I managed to pick up a copy from the internet not long after, probably just before it become popular on the R&B and Mod scene…..that must have been 15 years ago or maybe more?

There were a ‘smallish’ number of people I heard play it before it started getting plays on the Northern scene……great record in my opinion…..never thought of it as a Northern sounding record though, so not sure if more copies turned up, but I guess they might of?

I'm unsure of current demand but for me it could be above that figure, maybe up to £1K.

£1300 last June. (2024) on discogs and the sale before that £1200 a year previous.
