Never, they’ve always answered the phone within seconds of calling

I've been trying to contact through email , and phone since Friday with no luck , I've called them through Discogs today and no reply as yet

They're there from 9am til 5pm monday thursday, around 3pm on fridays. Leave an email as well if you need...they will get back...monday's is always busy processing orders from over the weekend...if someone is out of the office it may be because theyre locating stock..dosn't happen that often though😉👍

That's unusual.

I phoned them last Friday morning to pay for an auction item. They picked up after a couple of rings (as they usually do). Item was posted out Friday and arrived Saturday.

I believe there's been some problems with the Vodafone network since yesterday, but not everyone is affected. Shouldn't stop landline calls but could affect emails and mobiles depending on provider.
