Just heard my 15 year old daughter listening to this & it made a refreshing change to the speed garage that she normally infects my ears with.

It's by a 17 year old kid from Jamaica & will probably be in the charts next week.

Thing I really want to know is what everyone on here thinks as it samples a classic soul song.

A breath of fresh air or sacrilidge?

Go to the link below & click on Beautiful Girl on the music player or scroll down a bit & watch the video.

BTW, it's had 5 1/2 million hits so somebody must like it.

I think its crap, however, it will properly top the charts, did not listen to it all, I found it boring, sampling is always going to happen they will sample everything now, especially with all this tech we have,

Already on the charts here in the US! I am work right now and can count 3 times that I've heard this in less than 2 1/2 hours......

"Stand By Me" may not be in need of a revival. It has already been revived a number of times and is so well-established.

Sampling has done more for more obscure artists like Tom Brock that all of a sudden became sought after by hip-hop heads.
