I only know about the 80s motown LP repress (and the original repress non-stool cover), are there others?

Not to my knowledge. Only repressed the once. Real flimsy cardboard too. Easy to spot the original.

Did the 60s one ever get booted ?

There was never a boot of these LPs they were legally reissued by Motown in the 80s. I'm also pretty sure that there was also the one reissue too.
