Can someone tell me when and how Ollie passed on? Also......has anyone got a decent picture of him (from any era)?

After discovering Del Shannon, he went on to launch some fantastic soul records with his Karen Carla and Moira labels! what a pity he hadn't had more daughters... we could have had more fantastic soul labels! :rolleyes:

Ollie was a giant amongst many in the Detroit heyday. His contribution ranks up with the best. Everyone I've spoken to rated him as a 'stand up guy' too which is always nice. Once the article is on the website I'll send a link so any interested parties can review it.
